Die 90er-Jahre-Kultfernsehserie "Ally McBeal" ohne die Songs von Vonda Shepard? Kaum vorstellbar. Aber auch umgekehrt gilt: Ohne die US-Erfolgsserie wäre die Songwriterin wohl völlig unbekannt. Denn kernige Countryrock-Cover wie "Hooked On A Feeling", aber auch eigene Balladen wie "Home Again" sind schon arg gefällig.
